Coaching Minds To Succeed: I’m a Professional Motivational Speaker, Author, Master Hypnotherapist and Sales/Marketing, Positive Change Solutions Provider — with more than 36 years of high-level corporate experience in marketing, sales training, stress management, hypnosis and personal success coaching.
My career started out at the age of 9 when I started selling various products door to door and then after high school and during college became an assistant sales manager for a major beverage firm in Los Angeles. My next climb up the latter was in the 70’s and I became vice president of management development and retail operations for a large retailer of a major international corporation, where I was a key motivating factor for increasing sales from $39 million to over $100 million in annual revenue.
It was then I realized that customer service, sales and management failures occurred not for lack of training; but for the lack of implementation and doing what people could do, should do, but didn’t do… because of fear, doubt and procrastination.
Then I asked myself, how can I get people to take action and the answer came… Change habits, attitudes and behaviors. It was then I learn how to use powerful, hypnotic, influential and strategic language to create positive change in people.
...And that took me on the path for the next twenty eight years where I have been a highly sought-after motivational speaker, seminar presenter, personal success coach and Hypnotherapist, speaking extensively throughout the United States, Mexico and South America providing programs and coaching on:
